LAX to Paradise Pier

We leave for Disneyland on June 6th. In the past two weeks we have decided to sell our home, gone through a remodel and have begun the process of looking for a new home. Needless to say the DL planning has been put on the back burner.
I have my meals already scheduled (the few character meals we want to do). We have our hotel booked and paid for and we have our tickets paid for. So what else do I need to do? Any suggestions?
One question...what is the best way from LAX to Paradise Pier? There is 3 of us and we will have a minimum of 4 large bags. We are at Disneyland for 3 days but from there we fly direct to Hawaii for 1-1/2 weeks. So we need quite a bit of luggage. Any advice on the best way from the airport to the hotel?

We used Supershuttle for our recent trip. I believe it ran $16 per person each way for a "shared van" which essentially means you may be riding with 3 or 4 other people. If you get a "private van" I want to say it was around $100 each way, and you would not be riding with any other guests... We did the shared van option and it worked out just fine.
