LAX bus travel time

I have to go to LAX thursday night around 830 pm to pick up my SIL I booked the gray line bus already but what time do I need to get on a bus to get there in time. Also I will be at DL that day where an I get the bus from there and do I have to let them know or do I just get on.

call them and they will give you a pick up time and a location.
tell them that she gets in at 8:30 and they will take it from there.
