Arrgg!! Everything mechanical is breaking down this week.. First it was our car , which we have to take to the dealership (ie spend 3x more then a regular mechanic) cause the place we took it to couldn't find out where the electrical prob was coming from.
NOW it's our push mower. We have a newish Craftsman push mower which died on us today. We replaced the spark plugs, filters, etc 3 weeks ago and it has been running fine since. Now, my dh went to mow today, it ran about 10 feet and quit and wont restart. We have it narrowed down to the carborator because everything else looks fine. (blades, filters, spark plug, etc)
Taking a Briggs and Straton carb apart looks like brain surgery , so I was wondering how much does it usually cost to have something like this fixed by a mechanic?
TIA!

)... didn't feel like dumping more $$$ into it, just to have it die on me again; so I bought an old fashioned reel mower (fiskars momentum mower).
