The girl with the cane, said she remembered, and testified, but the defense pointed out that she might have read the information in a artical in the Doc's office, the Bebe, was going to use the defendents old girlfriend, but she would have been lying, same problem as the FBI guy and the finger print, but BB was desperate, but she couldn't do it and asked for a recess, her assistane said she would not support her if she did use the girlfriend. Over night BB had a session with her investigators and they figured out that the victums were blindfolded with duct tape, how could she have seen anything, but that the only witness must have been bound my the defendent after his buddy was shot, and if he had a gun in his hand he had to use his teeth to rip the tape. So they used the DNA from the roll of duct tape to prove he was there. But the old DA had to confirm the chain of custody, and he was forced to admit that he subborned purjury in the first case. But the defendent was convicted, and the Old DA resigned. The lawyers for the defence tried to sever relations but, the defendent blackmailed them, saying he had 7 instances of errors made by his lawyer, and that they will stay on the case. I guess he is looking forward to appeals.
