5 September 2010 - Day Six
We were all up at 7.15 am. For breakfast I had lucky charms, Andy had toast and Eric had frosties and we had juice and coffee (no coffee for Eric, he doesn't need it).
We went out at 10 am to the Florida Mall, only to discover that it didn't open until 12. So we headed back to the villa and the boys went for a swim whilst I read my Sherlock Holmes and had a cold mocha cappucino.
Apparantely (according to my notes and Andy) we went back to the villa about 12 and had lunch which we got from the shop. I don't actually remember any of this but Andy says I was in a lot of pain and pretty drugged up! So according to my book we had a cheese, egg and sausage croissant with cheetos and Eric had BBQ cheddar pringles and Tuc biscuits which doesn't sound like a very nutritional lunch but I suppose that's what happens when you are away with the fairies.
We left for the mall again at 1.15 pm and Eric fell asleep in the car. Andy dropped me off at the entrance and I went to Bath and Body Works whilst Andy stayed in the car with Eric. I do remember the shopping, funny how my memory comes back there! I bought 5 Halloween hand sanitizers for myself and for a friend who had admired my B&BW handbag hand sanitizer holder, plus 5 of the normal range for me and for my mum, hand sanitizer holders for my mum and my friend, some orange sapphire body scrub which was half off and a got a free Japanese cherry blossom body lotion as I had an email voucher. I was very impressed when I asked the saleswoman what I could have as my free gift and she said anything in this room! That would so never happen in Britain.
I struggled back to the car with my purchases (that is when I eventually found the car in the gigantic car park) and then headed back to the mall to Victoria's Secret Beauty. Andy met me in there with Eric still asleep in his stroller. I bought shampoo, conditioner, hair mask, glitter eyeliner, purple mascara, amber romance midnight body lotion and aftershave hydrator for Andy.
Eric woke up whilst we were having a browse around Sephora. I was very excited to find a VS Pink shop which was not there last time we visited and I bought a top and some pants. We finished off our shopping with Halloween candles for me and my sister from the Yankee Candle shop and a trip to the Disney Store where Eric got two pairs of pyjamas - Handy Manny and Mickey Mouse - and I got a Phineas and Ferb shopping bag.
We left the mall and went to Epcot so that we could have our tea at Yakitori House. I had my favourite Japanese beef curry, Andy had shogun chicken and beef. Eric ate rice and some meat.
Next was a visit to my favourite shop, Mitsukoshi in Japan. I got some Hello Kitty pyjamas, a gorgeous Hello Kitty dress which I get comments about every time I wear it, some Hello Kitty biscuits and Thomas the Tank Engine biscuits for Eric. One of the cast members gave Eric an origami swan and wrote his name on it in Japanese. She also quizzed Andy about his t-shirt as it had Japanese writing on it and she was asking him why it said a relationship with France - it's a French Connection t-shirt.
Andy wanted to have a go on Test Track in the dark, so he went off to do that whilst me and E looked around Mouse Gear. We rounded out our visit with a trip on Spaceship Earth.
We left the park and stopped on the way home for a bottle of Dr Pepper Cherry and a Twix Java bar for me. We had baths when we got in and Eric wasn't in bed until 10.30 pm! I had my drink and chocolate and Andy had his beer and
we went to bed at 12.15 am.
