Does anyone know the cost of the laundry services on board?

It was $1.00 for the washing machine and $1.00 for the dryer but you could put in extra quarters for the dryer to gtd. it gets dry. The washing machine was pretty crummy IMO. If you had a stain on your shirt it didn't come out (I didn't pretreat it but used Tide). It was worthwhile to get clothes smelling fresh though so I did use them a couple times that week.

We both laundered our own clothes as well as sent some things out.

yazee1 - how long did it take you to get your clothes back when you sent them out? Do they just do washing and/or dry cleaning, too? Thanks.

The send out service will launder, press or dry clean. Richie (room host) told us to put the clothes in the provided laundry bag and leave it and the filled out slip in the room and he'd take care of it. He said as long as he picks it up before 9am (which he did) we would have it the next day, and we did. I'm not sure exactly when the clothes showed up. They were hanging up on the hook on the wall next to the bed when we came back from a day on land.

I was a little anxious about it since he didn't specify where in the room to leave the filled laundry bag and instruction slip, but he was as good as his word and the bag was taken care of.
