We have stayed at the HRH several times and have never seen any laundry facilities. Don't remember reading about any in all their in-room material. Looked at their website and did a google search and all any information says is that laundry service is available.
There is laundry facilities on floors 2, 4 and 6. There are about 6 washers and 6 driers in each room. Each washer and drier was $2.75 with powder costing $1 a box.
Just be ready to spend some money! We went in August and used it and had to keep pumping the dryer with quarters. It took forever to dry (almost 3 hrs for one load) and there were people waiting for hours to use them! For such a big hotel, they have very few machines.

Interesting. my wife commented that she was impressed at how good the drying time was with them, two weeks ago...we were on the 4th floor...especially compared to most hotel dryers....

I agree, there were 4 of us and the driers did the trick in one cycle each time. We fly from England and it's great not having to carry as many clothes if we can wash and dry them.
We usually stay at the HRH for 10+ nights and do the laundry several times per stay. We've found buying a small box of Tide and Bounce before arriving at the hotel helps. We always use the laundry rooms on level 2 and 4 and they have never been busy. The drying usually takes 45 mins for an average load.
