Would I be able to take my 4 boys ages 10, 9, 7, & 5 here???

I wouldn't...The clubs are not parkish like they are at disney...I have never seen any kids in the clubs.
 
I would think that you could take them during the day to eat, but not after 10 pm when it becomes a club-like atmosphere.

I agree. The food is great (and they have a very inexpensive kid's menu) but once the evening entertainment gears up, it's a very adult atmosphere.‹

Latin Quarter is fine to take kids to. I would not go after 10 Pm as it does turn into a club but for dinner or lunch before that is is fine. I waould also recommend Margaritaville. They have a balloon animal maker outside and a Margarita Volcano inside that erupts every hour.Kids love it. The menu here is a little more kid friendly.
