Does anyone know what the status is for this resort?

I was browsing disneyworld.com last night to check the availability of PORfq and they were not allowing bookings for August of 2004. Too bad, I'm sure many people would be booking if it were open.

I was told by a CM that it could open as early as Nov. 2003 but anyone else I've asked to says they have no idea.
