What is the latest time slot they seat for CBs like Surf's Up or Minnie & Friends?

What is the latest time slot YOU would choose? I know there has been some talk about being rushed, characters disappearing if it's too close to the end.

Would you recommend Surf's Up or Minnie & Friends? We have done M&F before - I love the food, the character interaction and that it's in the parks. We'd like to do Surf's Up because I've heard it's the best place to see Daisy. Is it worth leaving the parks for?

We were told the last time was 10:30, others have said 10:40. We prefer to get a reservation right around 10, latest we like to go is 10:15. this gives plenty of time to eat and play with characters before they are done with the breakfast.
