Latest reservation time you can make for dinner at a resort?

We will arrive later evening and I'm wondering can you make a dinner table service reservation for 8:30 pm or later at a resort restaurant? We won't be going to a park.

If you go to the dining reservation page for the restaurant you are interested in and choose your date it will show the last available reservation time.

Thanks. I just thought there was a standard across the board for all the resort restaurants for the last reservation. I will look it up.

Just out of curiosity, I checked ressies for 8:30 on our arrival day (July 16), and loads of places had availability, some up to 9:50!
Ex:
1900 Park Fare- 8:55
Artists Point - 9:20
Boma- 9:25
'Ohana- 9:50
