Latest PS for character breakfast?

Just wondering if anyone has ever done a late character breakfast in lieu of lunch? We are considering Chef Mickey's for our last day. Our flight isn't until evening, so we thought we'd have a late breakfast, and then head over to FW for a while and then rent some boats before heading out to the airport.

I'm not sure of the latest seating but I've had late breakfast scheduled for as late at 10am.

I have Chef Mickey's for 10:30 and PSB for 10:20 for our upcoming trip!

We had a PS at Crystal Palace at 10:30 two weeks ago.

I think 10:30 is the latest. That's what we had for PSB in May and no one came in after us.

I have an 11:00 PS at Chef Mickey's. I think that there was even an 11:10. I got the late one on purpose. I read somewhere that most of the people are gone and that you basically have the characters to yourself. Also for places that serve lunch, they usually start putting out the lunch buffet items and you are welcome to eat off of that too. Of course, that won't be the case for us, but the CM assured us that there would still be plenty of fresh food. We go in two weeks. I will be interested to see how the late PS works.
