Latest possible reserve time for HBD Fantasmic dinner?

Does anyone know what the latest possible dinner time you can get if you reserve a Fantasmic Dinner Pkg at Hollywood Brown Derby? If possible I'd really prefer not to have dinner at 3:30 and my DD is really itching to go to the Sci Fi for lunch (which I've told her will have to be a light as possible )

My window for ADRs opens in 2 weeks-for December and I'd love the info so this can be one of my first requests.
