Latest on the monorail?

We are headed to WL next week and very excited!!! Wondering if the monorail is still down in the afternoons or if the maintenance is complete. Anyone there who might know?

We are here now and the monorail has been down from 11am until 7pm - Monday thru Friday. A CM said that it was scheduled to reopen in the middle of April. I think it was a date of April 17th - but someone else may have the exact date.

I was surprised to find it down Friday since the refurb was supposed to be finished by now.

I believe the refurb has always been posted as being scheduled to be completed by the end of March. I have not seen anything published showing it would carry into April, especially Easter Week.

Nothing has been announced as to additional down time beyond last week.

All beams are scheduled to be fully operational this week.
