Latest info on AKL construction

I just got off the phone w/ WDW travel. The CM was very helpful (I had to make an addition to our ressie) We talked about the construction which she says should be completed in April 2009. The CM, who was very sweet, but I do not remember her name, said that by the time we are there we may see workers and equipment, but the noise should be minimal as they will be at the mostly painting and cosmetic stages of redecorating at that time (November)
She says they don't expect any "heavy" construction being done at that time.
