I went to my local Disney Store today--found some really good deals. Mind you, this is in an 'outlet mall' (Gurnee) and compared to another local Disney Store, they usually have better deals than average, but seems they got a shipment in from Disneyland last week and had a lot of really cute stuff for pretty cheap. Lots of children's tee shirts - various characters in most sizes still for $2.99 (Cars, Buzz Lightyear, Mickey, lots of stuff). Used my Disney Visa (my purchase was over $50) and got an extra 10% off. They had long sleeved kid's tee shirts for $3.99 and kid's sweatshirts for $3.99 I think, but those sizes were really limited so it didn't work out for me. There were adult tee's for $5.99, and a number of nicer clothing items for either $9.99 or $12.99. Got gift bags for $.99 that say 'Happy Birthday' with Mickey on them....these are those re-usable type bags, but still nice (perfect for all those kid's bday parties) and cheaper than gift wrap!
They had a lot of merchandise and a decent size selection still at this point. Just thought I would mention it. I know it's hit and miss for these kinds of sales, but if you live near a Disney Store especially in an outlet mall, you might want to check it out!
