I wanted Ohana for our first night but the only time was 9:15! We are staying at the Poly so I took that time and figured we could walk over and see if there were any cancellations earlier, but we arrive at 5pm so maybe it will work out.

What is the latest you've eaten dinner?

YOu should check out the most recent threads about 'Ohana. Bad service.

We had an 8:30 dinner at Rose and Crown one night. :) We then got to be on their patio for Illuminations at 9. We just planned the rest of the meals that day planned around that. It worked really well.

My DH and I had alot of 8:45, 9 and 9:30 ressies during our honeymoon. We don't eat breakfast and by the time we got up in the "morning" is was 10 so we wouldn't eat lunch untill 2 or 3. We actully perfered it because the rush came way before we even got there and the waiter's were a LOT more laid back, and it never was crowded

We had a 9:40 ADR for WCC last September. Spectromagic was at 8 and we timed it so we could see Wishes from the boat on the way to WL. Sadly, most of the antics were over by the time we were seated at 9:35, but it was a great evening.

We had a 9:30 pm reservation for Cinderella's Royal Table. I'd tried to get any reservation for this for three previous trips, so when this came up we jumped on it. It was late, we were tired, not impressed by the food or the "show." We had called the morning of our MK day and actually got into an 11:30 lunch at CRT, which was a bit better. So two CRT's in one day! But we won't be getting ressies that late again!

We had a 9.40pm ADR at Crystal Palace on Christmas Eve. It was the only time I could get & it worked out perfectly. We saw Spectro, Wishes, then walked accross the street to CP. Of course it was Christmas Eve so walking accross the street took about 25mns

If you get there at 5 and don't have anything planned in a park for the first night, it can't hurt to show up as they open for dinner and ask if they have any availability. But you may have to wait a while for your table though.

We actually prefer to eat a little later. 5 o'clock just wouldn't work for us.
In October we had an 8:45 at Raglan Road as I knew the band started at 9. We also had a Le Cellier at 8:45 once. Leaving a nearly empty WS after dinner is wonderful.

We won't be much help on the late factor, our latest dinner was around 6:00 or so. I'd just keep on calling and try for something earlier if you really want to go, but not eat so late.

Good luck :goodvibes

We enjoy the late dinner times: 9:15 CG for xmas day dinner, 9:00 Le Cellier; 8:45 BD....like the leisurely ending.

Connears

I had a ressie at Boma at 8:40 one eve, definitely late for me. What made it really tough was that they were very busy, running late, so I didn't get seated until 9:20.

We never do dinner before 9:00 pm. We like to eat later as the restaurants seem to be a bit less hectic at that time of evening.

I think the latest was a 9:45 at Concourse. I liked it - very serene at that time.:thumbsup2

We had a 9:30 at Le Cellier... and then things got pushed back. (What? They run late, had NO idea! :lmao: )

It was crazy late when we left, we didn't see one other person on our walk to the front of Epcot. The kids thought it was sooooo cool. But getting up for the Little Einstein breakfast the next day was a tad painful. :rotfl:

8:40 at Le Cellier, park was closed by the time we got out. Only people we saw walking out were a few park employees and security on the segways sp? Boys thought that was one of the best nights having epcot to ourselves;)
