Late spring 2025 incentives (April 29-July 14)

Even though as of now I'm not interested in LSL with the right point chart and price I can see myself buying so I can have a reasonable direct contract

Do they let you tour the longhouse studios??
I have not been on a tour since the Island Tower has opened, but Pago Pago previously had sales offices on the first floor and a model room they would show. I would imagine guides are showing off a bungalow and deluxe studio if prospective members are tempted. VGF villas were shown when Big Pine Key went on sale.

I've also just randomly toured DVC villas when I wanted to see what they looked like before buying.

I'm going to ask, really curious what they look like in person, I love touring rooms

My first one was a hot mess and I got so sick of waiting amd bored that I bought another one during to have something else to look forward to 🤣🤣🤣

That one was great and now this one is having issues so MAYBE a 4th one would be speedy and it switches off every contract 🤣🤣 Probably because if I do buy a 4th one it WILL be direct!
Had an offer for a resale contract accepted 2/24, closed 4/9, and on 4/21 contract and points added by DVC into the online system. So about 5 weeks for ROFR and only 12 days for contract and points added. And no, I did not call DVC to request the point add. As soon as I got the DVC email on 4/21 and checked, points were out there.

I actually wonder if “price integrity” isn’t a major part of what’s happening with PVB pricing right now. Disney wants to be able to get blockbuster opening sales numbers by telling members it’s the best price they’ll ever see. I believe they broke that trust with VDH and people were annoyed about it.

If they do much discounting of PVB this year, it could depress sales for Lakeshore Lodge as people wait to see if they can get a better deal and more points the following year.
This is a good point. The same thing happened with that final VGF push. It was cheaper to buy 150 points summer of 2023 than spring of 2022. We've all been watching the past few years and know the initial price may not necessarily be the best.

I just want PVB under $200 per point and another Epcot resort announced now that RIV is pushing 90% declared status :rotfl:

This is a rare occurrence, i think the average now is 16 days, but would love to get a 12 day turnaround this time around!

I want a front gate Epcot resort so bad I can already see my money drifting away. 💸💸

I would also almost certainly buy a BCV poly tower equivalent. I’m less convinced on Yacht Club, might end up buying it but wouldn’t be lining up to be first on opening day.

They should build a dvc inside epcot, there's room 🤣🤣

I would buy ANY resort attached to Epcot or walkable to Epcot. If there was a BCV tower announced I would buy it sight unseen. I actually like the theming of BC better than YC, but YC is less chaotic with the convention guests and no character dining. Also closer to DHS. I'd take a tower there or room conversion like CCV. Come on DVD, listen to our ideas! :rotfl2:

Slim chances that LSL has a “decent” point chart. Almost impossible that it has a decent point chart AND a reasonable price 🤣
It's going to be interesting to see this rival CCV with the same connectivity to MK. I guess there may be some fireworks view rooms, but a PVB IT chart here (which I fully expect to see) will really sting.

Beach club is so popular they really should have a 2.0

It better be luxurious with that kind of point chart
