late seating at breakfast

If I make adr's for 10:30 for the Breakfastasarus at AK will the food still be hot and fresh or since it is the last seating you get whatever is leftover??? We did go a couple of years ago but not the last seating it ws for around 9:30 and the food was good. I just dont want to get there and there be nothing left.Thanks

We had the last seating time (don't remember the time it was) for breakfast there and they were still filling up the buffet with hot food because there were still a good few people eating at the restaurant and some still in line. We ate, some of our group went up for seconds and there was no rush from them to leave. We didn't feel "pushed-out" to make room for lunch.

One time we went for the last seating and the waiter made sure we went up before they cleared the last of the buffet (like we needed any more food!). He even brought fruit over and told me to take it in my bag to keep the kids fed during the day.

It was kinda funny to see them change over to the lunch line, and see all the people line up for lunch while we were finishing breakfast!
