I just scored a 9:20 reservation at chef Mickey's. I am a little concerned about going so late. My kids are 4 & 7. We usually eat around 6:30 at home. Anyone care to share their experiences with eating so late?

Haven't had any experience with late eating, but I will tell you one thing about character meals and my kids. They eat very little! They are so excited about the characters getting them to eat is difficult. I learned a long time ago not to stress out about it. I'd feed them a small dinner at their regular time or you will have some cranky kids on your hands at 9:20!

Unless your children are used to eating this late I would rethink this ADR. This is 3 hours past their normal dinner time and unless they can make this change they may not be able to adapt.

I am really holding out hope that we find something better for us. My kids have asked to go here and they WILL be disappointed if we do not go. I am going to keep it until I find something better (fingers crossed)
