We are going down to SSR March 13-17, just me and DH. Since our last trip in spring of 2015, DH has some renal issues and we have to watch salt intake and he has stopped drinking soda.
I know we are already about 100 days out, and the big name places are probably booked. I have not decided whether to do regular dining plan or not. We used Tables in Wonderland the last couple of trips, but we won't be there long enough to get the use out of it and not sure if we will be back within a year...maybe not until summer of 18 or 19 when my grandson is 2 or 3.
Any ideas for healthier restaurants I could book? Booking for lunch is fine if dinner is probably booked already. We are planning on doing all of the parks except AK.

Your best bet is to check NOW on the Official website for your dates and see what is available.
I believe any TS restaurant is able to help with a Renal, Low Salt diet. Note it when you make your ADR's

In EP, we really like Spice Road Table and we can typically get in as a walk-up. They actually have a "small plates" menu and I sometimes just order two items off of that menu for my meal.

I have looked at the dining site a little, now that I think I have an idea of which park, which day. Looks like I can get lunch still about anywhere. Guess we have to have some discussions so I can book!
