late October or early February?

I've gone both times of year and been really lucky with the weather. My fear is that I was just that, Lucky, with weather in Feb. I would like it to be warm enough to wear shorts and swim. What are the chances for that in Feb.? Also, is October (3rd week) considered value or reguler season?

early feb can be very touch and go w/weather...

In the last 4 years, we have been there 3 of the 4. One year, we couldn't swim...too cold. The other 2 we were able to swim 1 day. We are from New England...so we usually go swimming when others think we are crazy!! This past Feb, I think there were only 3 other families in the pool..and I only saw the kids in the pool, on the day we went....
