Could you please clarify your question?
Are you saying that your plane arrives at the airport (MCO?) at 8pm?
Are you renting a car or taking Disney transportation from the airport?
How long do you plan to stay in Orlando?
Do you have park tickets yet, and if yes, how many days?

FYI - All-Star Music is 30 minutes of driving from the airport, after you are in your vehicle.

YOu should plan on getting to the resort around 9:30ish.. If it were me I would check in ad explore the resort. May be go to DTD and grab a bit to eat. That way you can make it an early to bed night and hit the ground running early the next day.

So much depends on the ages of your kids. If they are around 10ish they might really enjoy going in the pool at night when it's dark. If they are teenagers with plenty of energy then DTD would be fun to get into the spirit. Needless to say if they are younger than 10ish, heading to bed would be the best option so you can get an early start.

I wouldn't waste a day's ticket on a park after arriving that late and being tired from traveling.

Arriving at MCO at 8pm means you wont get settled into the resort until about 10pm. I know you are all wound up and all but I would just chill for the night and be ready for the morning.
