Late night Poly to Pop

I'm staying at the Pop in early February when the parks close at 8. I currently have a 9:30 reservation at 'Ohana. If transportation runs only an hour past park closing, what are my options for getting back to the Pop? I will not have a car. Thanks!!

As above or bus from Poly to Disney Springs and transfer to a bus to Pop

Also, be forewarned that you cannot board a bus from a resort to a park after the park's closing time. So if you are traveling from Pop to Poly, be sure to be at the bus stop at Pop at least 20 minutes before closing of the park at which you're transferring.

Thank you! We don't have Uber or Lyft where I live so I'm not really comfortable using these. If the Minnie Vans are available at the Poly by then, we might do that.

Just a heads up, to use the Minnie Vans you have to have the Lyft app downloaded on your phone.
