Late July/Early August Extended Evening Theme Park Hours

Hello Everybody! We are planning to stay at a Disney Deluxe Resort hoping to take advantage of Extended Evening Theme Park Hours in late July into early August. Does anyone know which days we can expect for them to occur?

We were there at the same time this summer. Extended Evening hours were at Epcot on Monday and Animal Kingdom on Wednesday.

It was brutally hot that week.
