Late flight arrival and rental cars?

Our flight does not arrive in Orlando until 10:45 at night. Will the rental car counters be manned at that time? If our flight is delayed will we still be able to get our rental?

You didn't mention which rental company you are using, but the major companies all have someone on site 24 hours around the clock.

As of now we are using Dollar, but if the rates change then we might go with someone else. I can rest easy now that there will be someone at all of the major ones.
