Late dinner reservations?

I was wondering, what is the latest dinner reservation you can make at the resort restaurants? DH will be w/out kids, and enjoy a few later meals.

The latest ADR that me and my bf had last August was 9:30pm at Spoodles. I think we were the last table that got into the restaurant. Not sure if there's a different time at other restaurants thou.

Just wanted to bump this up....anyone else? How about the DTD restaurants? We are hoping to eat after Fantasmic on a night that MGM closes at 8:30.....any suggestions? Thanks!
