Late dining at Biertgarten / plenty of food?

Going to Epcot in Jan and love Biertgarten and want to see the show. If we go late say close to 8 is there plenty of food out? Was planning on going on a Monday evening but the holiday parade is at AK and want to see that plus hopefully enjoy some pool time at the resort before dinner. So we were thinking of 745.

We had an 8:30 ADR last September and we definitely won't do that again. We were able to go through the buffet line once, but while we were eating we noticed that they consolidated everything to one side which would have been okay, but whenever they ran out of an item (especially the meat dishes) they were not replenished. We were quite surprised because people were being seated after us and this was the first time we encountered a buffet where the last diners definitely didn't have very many choices.

In the future we'll make our ADR at the Biergarten no later than two hours before closing.
