Late Checkout?

The Hard Rock Hotel chain offers the all-access card, one benefit of which is "late checkout...when available". I searched and searched in vain on the HRH Orlando website and, I know, my next step is to call the hotel, but does anyone know if HRH in Orlando offers late check out?

i have stayed at hrh and it does have late check out.
i have been able to use it many times.

you need to contact the front desk the night before or morning of your check out day to obtain late check out.

if you are going during a high occupancy level period, you might only receive an hour past check out time.

when they state, when available, it all depends on how full the hotel will be the day you are to check out.
rooms are assigned in advance.
if the room you are in will be occupied that day (once you check out) and there are not any rooms that the new guest can be switched to, you might not be able to extend your time.

it is strictly up to the front desk. they would be able to answer your question once you are there.
