late check out

Is it ever possible to get a later checkout time? If so, how we would go about getting that and do they charge you extra?

everytime I go I ask for late checkout . I have always gotten it It is always 1:00 pm but last time we stayed at the WL we asked for a 2:00 pm check out and they gave it to us with no problem at all . We were staying on the concierge level that time and I don tknow if that may have had something to do with it .

it depends on the resort...
each one has its own policy...
AKL allows check out at 3 pm for a 50% charge...
as i recall the yacht club will allow you to stay until 5 PM for a 50% charge.....

All late check outs are subject to availablity. If the hotel is packed the next night then they may tell you no. BC/YC told me no once due to a major convention starting the next day.

Generally, no late check outs at DVC resorts.
