Late check out at POR?

Does POR AB have late check out privileges?

We called down to the front desk the last morning at POR and it was no problem. I do not know what the additional charge was, but it worked out great.

You usually have to call the night before or the morning of your check-out date to request a late check-out, which is 1:00.

There is not a charge, it is a perk, but it may not always be offered

If the schedule allows and a hotel gives you a late check out of 1:00pm there is no charge.
If you want a later check out say at 3pm or later they will charge you.
I have found this to be the policy at most hotels.
