We've been to WDW twice and have eaten at, Tony's Town Square, Cinderella Castle, Pecos Bill Cafe, and Cosmic Ray's.

Although, we are having lunch at CRT, we'd like to try something new for another day at MK. Any recommendations for a late breakfast or an early lunch? We would prefer TS but, CS is okay too.

How about a late morning ADR at Crystal Palace? We love the breakfast food there and it would likely be enough to hold you until dinner.

We usually spend a couple of hours at the MK, then take the monorail over to the Poly for a late breakfast at the Kona Cafe! The food is very good, and the coffee and juice are the best in all WDW!! :thumbsup2

Another vote for Kona cafe late breakfast with ditto on the best coffee and juice!!

is the Crystal Palace breakfast buffet style as well? how late does breakfast run?

Yes, it's a character breakfast buffet with Pooh and friends...it runs until 10:30am :)

We usually go over to Chef Mickey's for a "brunch". It's great--the resteraunt is dead, you get to spend lots of time with the characters, and we leave MK before anyone is thinking of lunch and get back just when everyone else is going to lunch.

Another vote for Kona Cafe....we went there in June after the family magic tour and it was the perfect getaway and rest spot....and the food is good...both lunch and breakfast....only a short ride from MK....I definitely recommend it.
The kiddie cone dessert was my 7 year old's favorite of the trip!

What a tough decision. The day will be an EMH morning. Maybe, we'll hit the park early, return to the Polynesian for lunch and a little break, then head back to the MK or a less crowded park.

I'll take a family vote! Thanks for that idea! I hadn't considered going back to the Polynesian.

I will add Grand Floridian Cafe. We like it much better than Kona Cafe, but both would be a better choice than anything in the park. Unless you'd like the characters at Crystal Palace. The food is much better at the resorts and it really doesn't take that much time to take the monorail around.

There are not many choices for breakfast around that area weirdly enough. I think the two counter service have been mentioned. We stayed at the Beach Club in November and while the snack bar is not as big as AK or CR, it's still very nice and had adequate choices for us.

The Boardwalk bakery I think has mostly bakery and maybe a breakfast sandwich or two.

For sit down we've tried, Fresh at the Dolphin, which is a buffet, it used to be VERY nice, but has since changed according to rumor, to be pretty run of the mill buffet. Spoodles, many like it, I think we ordered the wrong thing because we didn't care for it, but I'm going to try it again. Also, there's a nice buffet at Yacht Club Galley we enjoyed.

Sorry about the last post, I'm not sure how it happened, but this got put in the wrong thread!!! Weird!!! Maybe it's me.......

On MK days we skip breakfast. We generally have a Starbucks cold mocha latte drink and a cereal bar in the car or on the bus (we stock up at Walmart!) on the way. Then we have lunch at 12. After 3 hours of Fantasyland and Toontown we are so ready!

Last trip we had CRT at 12 noon which was great. DD2 put on her Belle dress and we had a great time. But, we also love the Plaza. It is calm and cool. I love the Philly cheesesteak and the milk shakes. Yummy! You don't hear much about this restaurant but we love it.

Must remember the idea of going to a monorail hotel for lunch/ late breakfast next time. Sounds great!
