Late breakfast ADR necessary?

The morning after we do MNSSHP we plan on sleeping in and then heading over to Kona for a late breakfast/brunch. We would like to just wing it and not be tied to a time for that meal. We did a late breakfast (10am or so) last trip at Kona and the resturant had about 10 tables filled, is this the norm?
We would have a party of 4 so not a big party. So do you think we can just show up and get a table at about 10-1030? What is the latest time you can order breakfast?
Thanks!

Bev

I believe breakfast is served until 11. Why not book the ADR and if you can't keep it, cancel?

You may be able to , you may not.Are you going to be upset if you can't get in? If the answer is yes, make a late adr.You can always cancel

I would never go to any place in Disney without Adr's. For me it's not worth taking a chance.

I agree with this. If I know we definitely want to eat there, I wouldn't want to risk not being able to get in. That's me, though.

I don't think you can assume that "tables not filled" = "tables available"

I have eaten at several WDW restaurants that were not full, but there were no ADRs available. I think they must adjust their staffing to meet their expected needs at non-peak times. If they don't have enough servers to serve all the tables, they won't fill all the tables.

If it's a "must do" for you, I'd make the ADR.
