Late arrival

Hello. Hoping someone can share some experience...we've always done Magical Express...easy peasy, but this trip we are planning...it looks like we will be landing at MCO at 1am!! So...anyone care to share how things work with that late arrival? I know we have to bring our bags, but I'm guessing a lot shorter lines for bus? Can you check into the resort (CBR) At say 3am?

Yes, just pick up your bags and head to the DME area. There aren't many people coming in so the wait typically, typically, won't be long. The bus will usually make multiple stops but you shouldn't be waiting for too long. There is always someone ready to check you in at any hour.

There will be a castmember at the check in desk at the resort at all times, but do you have a reservation for that night because hotel reservations do not start at midnight. For example, if you are arriving at the resort at 3 AM on Feb 16 you would need a reservation with a check in date of Feb 15. If not, the computers roll over at 6 AM so you would not be able to check in until then.

We are landing at 12:45am. You need to have a room reservation for the previous day as pp mentioned or else no place to sleep! Do online check in and you might be able to skip the front desk and go directly to your room. They will email/text your room number when it's ready. If not, check in at the front desk in person. You're correct about your luggage. You must get it from baggage claim and take it with you on ME.

Yes we are booked from the 27th to 6th. We won't have our magic bands because we are Canadian. We get them at the hotel when we check in. Obviously we'd be sleeping in the morning of the 28th! Lol I'd never agree to this flight, but we are driving to Boston the 27th, so we need a later in the day flight. Drive 8-9hrs to BOS, ditch truck at a hotel, fly out at 7:30, stop in ATL, fly to MCO...dive to CBR on ME...I'm tired just saying all that! It's like $200 cheaper/pp but yikes!!
