Late 1900 park fare dinner

We got booked for a 8:40 pm ADR at 1900 park fare. Will this be worth it or will we be getting bottom of the barrel service and food? They close at 9 so my fear is that we will be rushed.

Personally the thought of eating a buffet and stuffing myself so late at night just seems too much! But My guess is they won't close at 9, but stop seating people. I'm sure they will bring out fresh food though, they want to make you happy.
