Last week of September?

My husband and I are celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary this year and would like to go to DL for an OBB to celebrate. Our wedding was actually Halloween and Nightmare themed, but we won‘t be going in October because of all the horror stories about how crowded it is. Is the last week of September as bad? When would be a good time to go and still be able to partake in an OBB night?

All of Halloween “season” is busy, but the last week should not be as bad as October. If you are big Halloween and Nightmare Before Christmas fans you will LOVE OBB. Are you planning on doing the parks as well? Haunted Mansion Holiday is pretty spectacular. It may seem like counter-advise but if you are planning on doing the parks go on a Saturday in September - the lower 2 tiers of MKeys are blocked on Saturdays (and Believe blocked on Sunday Oct 1). Those have been the best days during busy times. Have a blast and happy anniversary!

Oh, be sure to be quick on OBB tickets - they sold out FAST last summer.

Thank you, yes, we will be going to parks for 4 days as well as the party. We actually got tickets last year, but couldn’t go. Fingers crossed we can get them again! Any ideas when they go on sale? I am not above taking that day off work.

I believe they went on sale early July, I feel like it was July 1 - I missed out as well as we were selling our house and I was in la la land and thought “I’ll get them closer to the date…” Ooops.

Last year we got our tickets on 6/28 (MK holders). I think all dates sold out within something like 4 days of sales opening to the general public.
