What will crowds be like the last week of January? We arrive the 26th but won't go to the parks until the 27th.

Shouldn't be too bad during that time although I think the tour groups start to arrive around the end of January so keep that in mind.

They actually start coming the 2nd week in Jan, but the heaviest of the tour group crowds are the 3rd adn 4th week

The big harry potter celebration's last day is the 26th, so you'll be coming in just as that dies down, which means the 27th will probably much quieter.

Ah OK...I rarely go during that time...not until Mardi Gras starts.

We will be there the same week I am hoping the crowds are less like others have said since HP weekend is ending. Fingers crossed for nice weather.

I've been during that week and US was a virtual ghost town. IOA was marginally busier. WWOHP was busy but not insanely so. We stayed offsite and saw every show and went on all the rides at least once and most rides multiple times. I've been to WDW and US multiple times during both tour group and cheerleader season and have never understood what all the fuss is about. They haven't spoiled or lessened my enjoyment in any way. I wouldn't worry about them at all. You'll have a great time!
