last week of feb? good idea?

we stayed at Windsor hills Feb.9 and froze..Pres week offsite was crazy...how about right after...still offsite???

That week after President's week is usually good crowdwise but can't guarantee the weather. Most years that we've been there at that time the weather has been good but a couple years ago it was cold but it was cold all winter that year.
The crowds start building again after the first week of March.
