I remember doing something like that in 7th grade. I can even remember the town name - Appletown Acres! But we didn't do very well, we always argued and couldn't end up agreeing on anything!

no, she didn't end up winning, but she is actually happy about it! She really likes her job (COO of the TV station)

Last Day of School

although Kyle has to go to Summer School starting June 9th-can you believe they charge 600.00/class!

I'm a mean Mom making him get a job after Summer school to repay at least half! He turns 16 the day summer school ends-Oh well it's his fault he didn't pass science ALL year!

I don't think you're being too mean. If he had passed he wouldn't have to take it, and you wouldn't have to pay it!

You're not mean at all. It'll teach him responsibility and maybe next time he'll work harder during the school year knowing he not only doesn't want to have to go to summer school but he also won't have to work for the money for summer school!

I'd do the same thing! And when those paychecks start coming in and he has to put that money towards the cost of summer school make sure you remind him of all of the other things he could be doing with that money if it wasn't going for summer school!

See - I'm just as "mean!"
