Long day and a longer one tomorrow. Fran taunted me with going out to the parks, but she has wised up that we have more important (and expensive) things to do, so I will see you both on the better side of what I woud say is tomorrow but is it already today!

I did! I sort of took a nap on my lunch break because I was falling asleep at the desk, but I'm back!

That one His name's Ed Sloan, he's the guitarist and singer for a band called Crossfade.

That has to be sad Is it his first time away at camp?

Yes, first time away to proper camp. He's away for 2 nights. He had a sleepover for 1 night in the school last year; but the school is 5 minutes down the road; as opposed to 1.5 hours at a camp in country Victoria!

I remember when I went away to more than a weekend camp for the first time (that happened three times a year with Girl Scouts). My mom started crying and didn't want to let go of me at the McDonald's everyone met up at! The youth group I was involved with in high school went to summer camp for a week every year, so I was able to go my first three years of high school

I'm sure he's having a fantastic time

I said goodbye to him this morning and then went to work. I didn't want to be one of those mums that cried at the school gate...I'm sure he's having a great time as well.


I hope this works....my cousin and his band are away in Europe. He's the drummer...
