Was just going through my photobucket looking for something and found these I scanned in to show a friend...
They are photos from my when my parents visited Disneyland in the 70s before my brother and I were born...
As opposed to that choice of emoticon which is frowning at me like I'm some moron who doesn't know the difference. Like I'm denigrating the lesser park of Disneyland.
Alison enjoys being as nasty as possible...
Rude it is...like it or not...
If I get 'flamed' I doubt I'll notice the difference to the usual attitude.
Queenie - you are entitled to your own opinion. And you're right - there is also a way to go about pointing things out. But two wrongs do not make a right.....
Just remember - you made the mistake in the first place. When someone else points out the mistake, you don't have to lash out at them.
Personally, I didn't see anything rude in Alison's post...and the smilie she used was just highlighting the point of "no". We all use that smilie.
The rest of it...in terms of you thinking she was "frowning at me like I'm some moron who doesn't know the difference. Like I'm denigrating the lesser park of Disneyland."....well.....perhaps you might need to think about why it is you think like that about yourself.
I certainly don't and I'm pretty sure that there are lot of people out there, like your family and friends, that don't either.
