Last time you moved

End of April, 1999. This was our second starter house, and we were supposed to be here no more than 7 years (that was our plan). 12 years later, we are still here, and have no plans on going anywhere. We can't afford to go anywhere. In fact, if we had to buy our own house today, we wouldn't be able to afford it.

March 2011. I am hoping to stay here for about 2 years. We have been married less than 4 years and have already moved 5 times. So done with moving!

I moved out of my parent's house in 2004, when I got married. I love my house and have no plans on moving any time soon. Buying a home and moving was stressful for me (I was sick for 2 days after handing over the cheque for the downpayment!) so I don't want to do it again.

We bought a home in a neighbourhood we love and since we don't plan on having kids, with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, it is plenty big enough (I hate cleaning it as it is ). Plus, it was really reasonable and we hope to have the mortgage paid off in about 10-12 more years.

NOW!! Just bought our first house, we are in the cleaning and painting phase but sometime in the next couple of weeks the actual moving starts.
Before this I guess I've moved about once every year and a half for the past 5 years.

Moved all of our lives, so after about 7 years I will be thinking about movung again

2007. Four years is the longest I've ever lived in one place. Now I just rearrange the furniture--and try to convince DH that we should go RVing fulltime.

2002. We purchased this house. Would love to plan on moving, but I think we will be stuck here.

DH has a great job, the crime rate is not very high, and the high school offers amazing classes.

DS starts his freshman year at the hs this September.

I would love to be closer to an airport and the main freeway, instead of an hour away (from the freeway - 2+ hours away from the airport).
