Last second rates

I know there are GT and Florida Resident discounts, but does Disney do last second offers?

Ex. My family lives 20 min from Port Everglades and could easily jump on a cruise with 72 hours notice if the price is right. I know other cruise lines offer last second rates to locals to help fill up a ship, but can't seem to find the same for DCL. Anyone know if that is available/how to find them?

Nope. Any lower rates would be available only to select groups - employees, travel agents, etc.
