Last seating times ~ at park close or before?

I'm trying to work on where we will eat on our trip and I noticed the park restaurants say dinner is like 4pm-park closing.

Does that mean the last seating is at park closing or ?

At the studios there are actually reservations at 50's Prime Time for 7:30 on days when the park is open until only 7:00. We even keep a couple of the turnstiles as incoming until about 7:15 for people with 7:30 reservations.
