I sure hope so. I really think if she were still at home she would have posted. I haven't heard of power outages yet in the area so she would probably post.

Although it does sound yummy!

When DH is not home, I don't make dinner. However, DH and DS were around for dinner and then head off to hockey practice. The pork chops are easy just put stuffing in them (I get the big, thick ones from Costco). Rice is packaged and I only make steamed veggies.

I guess I shouldn't complain. DH and I went out with another couple last night for dinner. First time without kids in a long, long time! I had a shrimp trio...grilled shrimp, fried shrimp and shrimp stuffed with crab! Yummy!
