Those firefly phones do sound good. I went to the site and checked them out, too. Matthew's ready for a regular phone but I know soon that A.J. will be wanting a phone and I don't want him to have a regular one. When he's ready we'll look into firefly.

Kathy, that would be great for him. Because you can put in 4 different numbers.

Not sure who your carrier is, but Verizon as has their own phone similar to the Firefly. It is called the Migo. And if you are going to get Matthew a phone you could just do a family share plan.

I didn't realize that Verizon had something similar and that is the carrier we are with. Thanks! I'll have to look into what they have. I'd like for him to have something like this in case he were to get lost but right now he doesn't have very good phone skills and doesn't like to talk on the phone so I don't think he's ready yet. Matthew will end up going on our plan, just like Andrew is. We actually have the family share plan that DH, Andrew and I are all on so when the time comes we'll just add Matthew too.

:thumbsup2 Yep we looked at one when we switched our plan. But we felt DD would out grow it before we got our monies worth out of it.

Had to leave the B-day early, DD broke out in hives all over. I mean serious hives. Now we are just waiting to see if the benadryl is going to work or we may have to go to the ER. I only gave it to her almost two hours ago. But she was so bad. :guilty:

I hope the benadryl kicks in and there's not an ER trip in store. Any idea what caused the hives??

No clue. She had new clothes on that I didn't get a chance to wash first. And she really wanted to wear them so I let her. But she has had them on since 7:30 this morning. But she was running around and getting heated at the party and than all of a sudden. She was a mess. I am not sure there was a spot on her body that didn't have redness. Her face, underarms, back, chest, belly, legs and bottom all covered. Oh yeah ears, neck and head.

nothing else is different.

sounds like the new cloths are the culprit-she heatd up and sweated in them and most likely released some of the stronger dyes/chemicals used to made the clothes-

Hope she feels better soon!!!:wizard: Did she take a shower or bath to wash off the chemicals???? That should help if that is the cause:confused3

Well we still haven't heard back on our 2nd counter yet-I guess the wife likes the offer-but the Husband(aka the Jerk) went camping for the weekend-so we should have an answer Monday

But my DH is tired of waiting for the Jerk so we're going House Hunting again-we found 3 more homes to check out and plan on doing that Tomm

But I still like that house the best-it has the biggest and most secluded lot of all of them-but we'll see

Yep - I put her in an oatmeal bath when we got home but I wanted her to sit in cooler water. Well she turned the hot on and came out worse than when she went in. :scared1:

The bumps look like they are started to go away but her skin is still very red. :sad2: :sad1:

I'm off to work-DH Brother is coming for dinner tomm-he's in town on business-so we're making a nice dinner

Hope everyone has a Good evening-and Kelli I hope Ash feels better soon!!! Try the bath if you haven't aleady-stick some alveeno in it too-it calms irritated skin- Good Luck:wizard:

Well I hope that you find one you like better and than the jerk will be stuck with his house.

I knew you we're a good Mom-You already did what we would suggest in the ER-She's lucky to have such a smart Mom-as long as the bumps are starting to get better-she should be OK-maybe give her some Claritin too

Hope it's all better soon:wizard:

I can give her the claritin and the benedryl??

I just feel so helpless and she really looks a mess.

That's exactly what DH said-but this house is stuck in my mind and I really want it-but like everyone we talked to said- no need to bend over backwards for it either!!!!

and the wallpaper is going to be a chore to remove:headache:

Yep-both are different medications and work differently-so it wont hurt her to take it -Benadryl just works better for food and skin allergies(hives) while claritin is more for seasonal allergies/dust

But it wont hurt to take it just in case it was something in the air that she breathed in-poor girl, she must feel icky too!!!:guilty:

She could also take some Motrin to help with the red/swelling caused by the hives-it might help her feel a little better too:wizard:

We took the wallpaper out of the kitchen. It was a job and a half.

I really hope something just jumps out at you tomorrow and the people are willing to deal.

OK-Now I really have to get moving-Good Luck Kelli!!!:wizard:

Everyone else see you in the Morning :wave2:

Thank you very much. She is sleeping now, so I will see how she is doing when she wakes up.

Thanks again for the advise.
