This is me(all fat and wet) and(my favorite cousin and person in the world) Arthur, it rained all morning, then for a few hours after we got there so we were really wet when he took this picture

you can hardly see this, but this is one of my favorite bands Blue October. The singer was on cruches b/c he hurt himself when they were playing in Florida.

I don't know if this will work, but this is a video of them singing one of my favorite songs

I think that's her, I'm not sure, she said her brother took these pictures of the house during the storm yesterday

that's my brother, I have no idea why he's carrying a pitcher of tea though

that's the street they live on


the crazy thing is all the water was gone by last night and they said they really didn't lose much so that's a good thing!

Oh my!!!! That is insane!!!! Wow, does that happen often? Looks like a really nice neighborhood, do they own or rent a house. If they rent, maybe they could find somewhere higher. It would freak me out to wake up and see a river outside my house. And those poor cars in the street...did they have water damage? man, that really sucked.

they rent, we've been trying to get them to move anyway, so maybe this will help prove the point! They were lucky to save their trucks. they moved them when they 1st noticed the water so they were ok, but look at the rest of the street! it was crazy!!

It flooded really bad 5 years ago, but that was a tropical storm that wouldn't leave us alone! That's the one we lost everything in, but this was just a bad rainstorm that wouldn't move. As far as I know they haven't had this problem b4 though

It looked crazy. Do you all get mold? The building I worked in was flooded (just a few inches in one spot) and I could smell the mold. That would not be good for them...hopefully they move to higher ground.

Yup we do! and as humid as it gets here it can spread FAST! I'm really hoping this will make them want to move soon!

thanks Kathy I'm just glad the pic of the 2 of us came out good, we both actually like it I think it might be the only one i have of us that we both like but yeah all the flooding was crazy, but I'm glad they both have a positive attitude about it. they both realize that it could have been much worse and that they made it out alive and that's what matters
