My Monday's are usually pretty bad but today started of GREAT!

On the way to work I won concert tickets on a radio contest! I won two tickets to see Trace Adkins and Gretchen Wilson in concert in Charlotte. A.J. LOVES Trace Adkins so I'm going to take him. And DD's apartment is only about a mile or two from where the concert will be so we can stay there overnight and not have to drive home late at night!!! A.J. is so excited.

It is so hot here in Houston right now! It's 92 degrees already! I can just imagine what summer is gonna be like this year

morning-I'm here and very very tired!!!!

I have finally made a bent in all the mess in the basement!!! WOW it's amazing what can build up down there!!! we took over 20 bags of clothes and toys to Goodwill and I threw away over 6 boxes of broken toys or ripped clothing-should be finished today with what's left down there-only took me 3 days to finally see the floor!!!

we still have so much to do!!! and not much time to DIS unless I'm at work and after thursday I have a 5 day stretch off to get almost everything done!!!

so it looks like I wont get much DIS time this weekend-have to paint the huge kitchen of ours and that might take 2 days!!! then we have to put in the new counter top and then the floor goes in (just laminate tiles)fun fun fun
