well I'm stuck with them for Madison's work b/c they already made the mold and we're picking up the retainer next week.

But for Travis I am going to find a new one. I'm not letting them work on him any longer.

Now, when I find a new dentist/orthodontist... do I just ask the other dentist to send over their records??

When you find a new dentist I would ask about getting M moved over there also. They might give you a deal and you can get the mold from the other dentist. You paid for it so it is yours.

If you ask for the records for T they might give you a hard time every time you come back in for M.

well I can't do that.. I've already paid for her work in full... you know the whole shebang... retainer, return visits, adjustments, etc.
