I have a photo of Kelli, Kliz and I with our kids and my DD is pinching Ashli's nose I had no idea when we were taking the photo...My DD really liked Ashli and was following her everywhere I hope Kim and Kelli have fun tomorrow.

I would love to see some of these pictures but you are never here posting them when I am here

Well I can make Tracy and Kelli feel better about there christmas shopping
DH and I will be finishing ours on FRIDAY

thurs afternoon DH will be getting his present cause he is getting a tattoo he has wanted for a very long time (his first one) and i said that would be his x mas present they are expensive

then friday we will finish up shopping

I did 9 loads of laundry yesturday afternoon That might be a new record for me....I am sure I have done 9 in a weekend, but not in one afternoon. I had my DD on the couch on a thick towel and when DH put up our tree she was so excited and went near the tree. Then got sick on my clean clothes I needed to fold and herself.....so that brought me load count from 8 to 9 I should be folding the rest of the clothes, but I rather be here

You poor thing! I hope she's feeling better today and that you ...and your washer and dryer...can get a rest!

Hey Kathy!! Did you have fun shopping with the boys yesterday?

We had a very nice day.

We went to the hospital first and saw my friend and her daughter. The boys have grown up knowing her daughter and I'm glad they went to see her. They had never been to visit anyone in the hospital before. They showed us the xrays of her ankle and UGH! One DS and I were just standing there hoping breakfast didn't come up! It was shattered!

Then we went shopping and all the boys wanted to do was to pick out stuff for other people. They didn't want to look for anything for themselves. They really had fun and really got into choosing just the right gift for each person.

Then we went to McD's for lunch. Then we picked up some lunch for my friend and went back to the hospital. We had picked out a pair of sleep pants for her DD that had wide legs so that she could get them over her ankle. She was so happy and they fit perfectly.

I'm so glad you had a great day!! & it's really sweet that they only wanted things for other people! What did I get?? J/K!! It's cool they let you see the x-rays, If that made you sick, I would hate for you to see the x-ray of what my elbow looked like after I got hit by the car it was really bad!

At least you dd isn't in the hospital alone, she's got someone to keep her company

it was a long time ago, halloween night when I was 12, i had to turn 13 in the hospital

Oh- I almost forgot the highlight of yesterday!

We went to that country music place I had told you guys about before. Towards the end of the show they asked for a volunteer from the audience to help with a song. A.J. volunteered, along with a few younger kids, and he got to go up on stage and sing! And DH and I were shocked that he really did sing, he didn't get all shy! They sang Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer and Jingle Bells!!! That's all he talked about all the way home.

All A.J. has been wanting to "be" for the past two years or so is a country singer. That's why he wanted a guitar for his birthday. And to be up there on the stage with all those bright lights on him and his "friends" playing back-up for him....IT WAS JUST SO AWESOME FOR HIM!

Oh, Wow! Were you trick-or-treating when it happened? Do you still have problems with your elbow? I know elbows and knees are the two hardest to heal properly!

I was riding bikes with a friend of mine, we were on our way to her grandma's house so we could go pass out candy, (and maybe do alittle trick or treating )

yeah, sometimes I still have problems with it! the joint was crushed so I had to have surgery to fix it, and they had to put a pin in it, b/c some of the bone was so crushed the dr said it was like powder. When it gets cold it starts to hurt, a few years ago it was hurting soooo bad the dr said I might have to have surgery on it again, but I didn't want to do it

I don't think I've ever heard of anyone hurting their elbow that bad where it didn't give them trouble the rest of their lives.

That must've been really hard at that age.
